CIVIL LITIGATION Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our complex civil litigation department.

We represent numerous individual and corporate clients in complex civil litigation, including contract, personal injury, and tort claims, and we are looking for a teammate to grow with! The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all matters, including managing a separate case load. There will be significant courtroom time as this position is a litigation (not transactional) opportunity.

Job Requirements:

Virginia Bar License
0-1+ years of relevant experience
Great attitude and personality
Honest and hard-working
Great communication skills
Strong legal research and writing skills
Strong desire to litigate
Some familiarity with Virginia procedure and civil litigation is a bonus, but not required

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $72,000 – $110,000
