Zachary’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation including, but not limited to, complex tort litigation, commercial litigation, mold/flooding disputes, and automobile disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary was a judicial clerk for the Hon. Richard A Dollinger of the Supreme Court of the Seventh Judicial District in Rochester, New York.

Zachary subsequently clerked for Pasquale Bochiechio, P.C. working on arbitration matters related to personal injury disputes.

In law school, Zachary served on Buffalo’s Law Review as the Publications Editor.
