Jacob’s practice encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution and trademark applications.

His litigation practice ranges from representing clients in contract disputes to prosecuting and/or defending complex civil actions involving torts, real property, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob was an associate attorney at Harness IP where he practiced patent prosecution in technology spaces such as medical imaging devices, image processing, and semiconductors. 

Following Harness IP, Jacob was a technology licensing officer at Pennsylvania State University where he licensed out intellectual property developed at PSU.
