Basil’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation including, but not limited to, commercial disputes, tort claims, commercial litigation, immigration and automobile disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Basil was an associate attorney at the Washington D.C.-based law firm Ali and Partners, where he worked on numerous matters involving international litigation, arbitration, and anti-corruption.

Basil has also served pro bono counsel for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and the D.C. Volunteer Lawyers Project.
