Adam is the managing partner of the firm’s estate planning practice.
Adam’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, complex trusts, wills, advanced medical directives and powers of attorney. Additionally, he regularly assists clients on real estate transactions and complex business formations.
Adam consistently assists high net-worth clients with probate and multi-generational wealth transfer plans. Adam also brings extensive experience in business law, assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners with the formation of LLCs, corporations, and partnerships. From operating agreements to shareholder arrangements and vendor contracts, he is well-versed in creating clear, enforceable documents that stand up to legal scrutiny.
Adam’s family has been in real estate for over three generations which was a guiding reason for him pursuing a career in law. Adam’s approach is client-centered and he cares deeply about his relationship with his clients.
