About Bryan
Bryan’s practice encompasses all aspects of complex commercial litigation, national security law, and defense contracts.
Bryan is an accomplished trial lawyer and intelligence officer with over fifteen years’ experience in providing advice on complex and sensitive legal, military, and intelligence issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryan served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he was responsible for prosecuting a large caseload of felony matters from inception through trial or disposition. As a prosecutor in the Gang/Major Case Division, Bryan investigated and prosecuted serious violent felonies that garnered significant press attention. He has comprehensive experience with all levels of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to felonies to homicide matters.
Additionally, Bryan clerked for the Honorable Pam Jackman-Brown in Queens and supported a trial training program for trial lawyers in Nairobi under the direction of Professor and now Honorable Justice Joel Ngugi, a judge for the Court of Appeal of Kenya.
As an Army Intelligence Officer, prior to becoming a Battalion Commander, he was a senior intelligence officer in a Special Operations unit and volunteered for consecutive deployments to Iraq. During COVID, Bryan served as the Executive Officer for a division of the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, DC. He has received multiple military awards, including the Bronze Star and Joint Meritorious Service Award.
